ecryptfs: do not mount on top of idmapped mounts

ecryptfs: do not mount on top of idmapped mounts

Prevent ecryptfs from being mounted on top of idmapped mounts.
Stacking filesystems need to be prevented from being mounted on top of
idmapped mounts until they have have been converted to handle this.
