   6 - compatible: must be "brcm,iproc-pwm"
   7 - reg: physical base address and length of the controller's registers
   8 - clocks: phandle + clock specifier pair for the external clock
   9 - #pwm-cells: Should be 3. See pwm.yaml in this directory for a
