mm: vmalloc: enable memory allocation profiling

mm: vmalloc: enable memory allocation profiling

This wrapps all external vmalloc allocation functions with the
alloc_hooks() wrapper, and switches internal allocations to _noprof
variants where appropriate, for the new memory allocation profiling
feature.
