Pull  ntfs updates from Konstantin Komarov:
 "Added:
   - missing direct_IO in ntfs_aops_cmpr
   - handling of hdr_first_de() return value

  Fixed:
   - handling of InitializeFileRecordSegment operation.

  Removed:
   - ability to change compression on mounted volume
   - redundant NULL check"
