Sync the following tooling headers with the latest kernel version:

  tools/arch/powerpc/include/uapi/asm/kvm.h
  tools/arch/x86/include/asm/cpufeatures.h
  tools/include/uapi/drm/i915_drm.h
  tools/include/uapi/linux/if_link.h
  tools/include/uapi/linux/kvm.h

All the changes are new ABI additions which don't impact their use
in existing tooling.
