Pull power management fix from Rafael Wysocki:
 "Modify the intel_pstate driver to use HWP to initialize the ITMT
  scheduler extension if ACPI CPPC cannot be used for that, which is the
  case on some hybrid x86 systems (Rafael Wysocki)"
