ARM: OMAP2+: Fix Kconfig dependencies for USB_ARCH_HAS_EHCI

Otherwise we get:

warning: (ARCH_OMAP3 && ARCH_OMAP4) selects USB_ARCH_HAS_EHCI
which has unmet direct dependencies (USB_SUPPORT)
