selftests: cgroup: return -errno from cg_read()/cg_write() on failure

selftests: cgroup: return -errno from cg_read()/cg_write() on failure

Currently, cg_read()/cg_write() returns 0 on success and -1 on failure.
Modify them to return the -errno on failure.
