i3c: mipi-i3c-hci-pci: Rename some Intel-related identifiers

Rename some Intel-related identifiers to ensure Intel-related identifiers
begin "intel_" or INTEL_, and for brevity removing purposeless "PRIV" in
preparation to add more register definitions.
